For our Customer Service department based in Schijndel we are searching for a:
Job
For the German market you will ensure all Customer Service activities, as defined, are executed in line with the signed contractual agreement(s), SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) and SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Represent Bolsius International and be a Bolsius ambassador in all external contacts, both business and private. A Customer Service Representative will act to ensure a first time right process for all Bolsius customers to deliver on time in full as agreed and promised. Interpret signals from the system and colleagues and act accordingly. Help improve the total process and signal issues. Pro-actively inform customers and colleagues about foreseen circumstances. The Customer Service Representative reports to the Group Customer Service Manager.
Job responsibilities
In your job it is important to ensure accessibility for customers via all channels (now: by telephone and e-mail) during working hours. For the German Market ensure timely follow up of all customer related questions and/or activities based on agreed priority setting. The Customer Service department answers questions related to Bolsius as a company and Bolsius standard products and able to provide relevant information to the customer on its request. For each client you build a client file and you are responsible for Customer Service related file management and archiving (contract, SOP and SLA). Customer Services is responsible for the order management, order entry, quality checks on received (EDI) orders, order confirmation to the customer, etc. In case of a complaint you take ownership of it and remain owner of the complaint and complaint process and ensures follow up is done, until complaint is solved and customer requirements are met. In your job you will work together with customers (external) and internal departments like: Logistics, Demand & Supply planning, Sales, etc.
Job requirements
We ask for a Vocational education or comparable education level, MBO with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Service/Care role. You have excellent PC skills: Microsoft office, ERP system (JD Edwards-Oracle is preferred), CRM software. You have superior written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch, German is a must! Knowledge of customs and logistics is an advantage. Experience in a quality, goal and service oriented working environment is a pré. You need a service oriented drive to provide the customer the best possible service and quality.
