THE ROLE
With a consumer-centric approach, you will enhance financial performance while ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy. As Head of Creative Studio, you are responsible for defining the artistic direction of Bolsius, enhancing the style and substance of both existing and new portfolios. You will bring the Bolsius style to life across all consumer touchpoints, both internally and externally. Collaborating closely with marketing colleagues, you will translate consumer needs into impactful design propositions.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the Studio team of 1-2 direct reports and indirectly oversee the broader studio team, including the fragrance designer and packaging development lead, while driving multiple projects from conception to completion.
You work in our headquarters in Schijndel and can partly work from home.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Head of Creative Studio is responsible for developing and executing the Bolsius style across all categories, ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy. Collaborating with internal teams, you will translate consumer needs into compelling design concepts, set design requirements, and prioritize stakeholder requests.
Ensuring brand consistency, supervising prototyping, and using tools like Dragonfly Eyetracking to support design decisions are key responsibilities. You will stay informed on industry trends, contribute to material sourcing, and coach the Studio team to maintain a high standard of creative output. Additionally, you will support internal alignment and brand activation efforts to create a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
