JOB
As International Sales Manager Private Label you are responsible for the sales policy in your region and its implementation; you determine the strategy and you supervise the implementation. You ensure a long term partnership with the key accounts and give direction to the private label sales policy of Bolsius. This position falls under the Business Unit Manager Private Label, you will work closely together daily with your direct colleagues from the Private Label business unit demandplanning, product management, sales support, business control). You will work closely with other departments in Bolsius for example customer service and Branded Sales colleagues.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As International Sales Manager you are responsible for achieving the sales, margin and ebit targets within your customer portfolio. You will (co-)develop the strategic plan and execute it by translating the plans into account planning. You determine within your region the sales and pricing policy and sales conditions. You also coordinate the account, account management, account planning and the sales forecast. This to achieve good central direction and control of the commercial efforts. You carry out (price) negotiations, sales planning and implement the assortment policy of the sales unit. You will contribute to good communication between the various accounts with the sales branded organization.
REQUIREMENTS
You have an HBO/University education level, preferably in the field of commercial economics or marketing. You have at least 5 years of experience (strategic and operational) as Sales Manager within a marketing and sales organization. You also have knowledge of the European retail environment (food and non-food). In addition, you have relevant management experience and the necessary commercial application courses. You speak and write Dutch and English fluently, another foreign language is an advantage (e.g. German or French). You have an international scope when it comes to culture. You are willing to travel, you regularly visit customers in your region. Words that characterize you as a person are: initiative, entrepreneurial, performance motivation, not afraid of acquisition, networker, commercial, flexible, customer-oriented. You are an excellent listener, a good networker and have a good idea of the relationships within an organization.
