THE ROLE
Drive value creation for one of the Bolsius categories according to the strategic plan, by developing the branded concepts and keeping the current up to date. The jobholder reports to the POD Lead Fragrance and is working with a cross-functional team to accomplish the objectives. The Product Manager is responsible to plan, manage and implement new- and existing product developments for the assigned portfolio based on market insights and analysis, to maximize the financial performances of a dedicated products portfolio, in line with the marketing strategy. Within the assigned category you will be responsible for the translation of ideas to a vision for the category and (product) plans, where brand, profitable growth & innovation are the focus points. You will initiate, drive and monitor the (innovation) project portfolio to deliver to the plan. Together with the internal organize you will drive a compile profitable product portfolio. Stakeholder management is key to succeed in this role.

REQUIREMENTS
• 5-8 years marketing roles in branded consumer goods (of which at least some years in FMCG)
• Innovation management (from idea generation, through concept creation to launch and consumer activation)
• Product portfolio lifecycle management (from product creation, through quality updates & line extensions, to phase out)
