Bolsius is a family-owned company and one of the world's leading candle manufacturers. This makes us a major player in the Home Ambiance category in over 50 countries. Headquartered in Schijndel, here the strategy is determined, innovations developed and tested before entering the international playing field. Bolsius has its own production sites in Poland and the Netherlands (Roermond). In addition, there are a number of local sales organizations. In recent years, Bolsius' proposition has successfully expanded from 'candle maker' to a full-fledged Home Ambiance brand with an emphasis on design, performance and sustainability. The strategy for the coming years is to further grow the Bolsius brand, within existing channels and customers, and beyond. As an employer, Bolsius combines the best of both worlds: an enterprising family business and a professional and internationally oriented culture. The organization increasingly works in cross-functional teams. Bolsius has an inspiring working environment; you will get plenty of room to develop yourself, among other things by following specific training course and challenging tasks. Your ambitions are our ambitions: doing what you are good at and getting better at it, to make a lasting contribution to the business.

Bolsius believes it is important to pay attention to diversity, inclusion and equality. Every person is unique. We want everyone to feel welcome, safe and accepted, especially as an employee. We are convinced that attention for these topics leads to better performance, different perspectives and creativity. We strive for a working environment and culture in which all employees feel comfortable and can develop themselves fully.
