THE ROLE
As Sales Manager Nordics you are responsible for the sales policy in the Nordics and its implementation. You determine the strategy and you supervise the implementation. The strategy for the coming years is to further grow the Bolsius brand, within existing channels and customers, and beyond. We have a good market position in the Nordics where we have grown over the years, and are present across different channels, both in retail and Foodservice. As the Sales Manager for the Nordics, you will be responsible for creating a high-performing account team and driving sales across all channels in the region. Your goal will be to develop, implement, and direct the sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin growth. The Sales Manager Nordics will report to the Business Unit Manager International Business and lead a team of 2 National Account Managers based in Sweden and Finland working from their home office and 2 Key account managers based in Sweden in our office in Växjö. As Sales Manager at Bolsius, you will be in a truly collaborative and international context where you will work cross functionally with our multi-channel resources in the International Business Unit, including Finance, Category Management, Brand Management and Supply Chain.
