THE ROLE
We seek the ideal candidate to take care of customer needs by providing professional, helpful, pro-active, high-quality service and assistance before, during and after the customer’s requirements are met, across all contact channels. We want someone who aims for high customer satisfaction, regarding the customer as the starting point and reference internally, to ensure a ‘first time right’ end-to-end process and deliver what has been agreed with and promised to the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will ensure that all defined customer-related activities are performed in line with the signed contractual agreement(s). You will represent Bolsius in all external contacts, both business and private. You are pro-active in notifying customers and colleagues about any unforeseen circumstances. You will work closely with the Sales Managers DACH (2 FTE) and the other Sales support DACH within The Private Label Business Unit. Close relationships with customer service department is also key.
OVERALL
You will ensure the timely follow-up of all customer-related questions and/or activities based on the agreed priority setting. You will answer questions related to Bolsius as a company and its products. You are responsible for customer-related file management and archiving (contract, SOP and SLA). You will harmonise your working methods with colleagues, ensuring proper communication to increase understanding among both customers and colleagues.
SALES-RELATED
You will be responsible for providing all the information needed in the customer portal if applicable, as well as documenting and providing all the information required in a customer project (e.g. product development). You are responsible for the correct prices in the system, which have been agreed and approved by the business unit management, and for the correct customer information in the system (e.g. contact and delivery addresses). Analysing of sales sell-out data is also part of your job.
REQUIREMENTS
You have completed vocational education or an intermediate vocational education level (MBO in Dutch). You have a minimum of three years’ experience in a customer service/care/sales role (in direct contact with the customer). Your verbal and written communication skills will include fluency in German, Dutch and English. Your PC skills will include Microsoft Office, and an ERP system like JD Edwards-Oracle, CRM software. Knowledge of the German retail market is an advantage. You will have experience in working in a quality, service-oriented environment.
